We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, make a purchase, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us. This information may include your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and payment information.

We use the information we collect to process transactions, send you order confirmations and updates, respond to your comments and questions, send you marketing communications (with your consent), and improve our services.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business.

When you book a concierge consultation we collect the information you enter on the booking form — typically your name, email address, time zone, and any details you choose to share about your skin, concerns and goals. Bookings are handled by Calendly and the consultation itself takes place over video. We use this information to prepare for and conduct your consultation, and to send you a written summary afterwards with the recommendations discussed. You may ask us to delete your consultation notes at any time by emailing us.

Consultations may be recorded and processed by an automated (AI) transcription and summary tool so that we can send you an accurate written summary of the call. If a consultation is to be recorded you will be told at the start of the call and asked for your consent, and you may decline — the consultation will go ahead without recording. Recordings and transcripts are used only to produce your summary and to train our own team, are not sold or shared for advertising, and are retained no longer than necessary for those purposes. You may withdraw consent or request deletion of a recording by emailing us.

We only send marketing emails — newsletters, offers and promotions — to people who have given us express consent to receive them. Placing an order or booking a consultation does not on its own subscribe you to marketing; you must separately opt in, and we keep a record of when and how that consent was given. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we act on unsubscribe requests promptly. Transactional messages you would expect as part of a purchase or booking — order confirmations, shipping notices, consultation summaries — are sent regardless, as they are not marketing.

We share information with service providers only as needed to run our business: payment processing, order fulfilment and shipping, consultation scheduling and video calls, transcription and summarisation of consultations, email delivery, and website hosting and analytics. These providers may process and store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We require them to protect your information and to use it only for the services they provide to us.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave — including consent to marketing or to the recording of a consultation. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
